    Choose your preferred material: Rabbit felt (mid grade) Beaver felt (high grade *water resistant, durable and more flexible), Panama straw (*tight weave) or raffia (*loose, more rustic weave)

    What style of hat are you looking for? Remember you're going to live in your hat, live in the attitude. Classic fedora, western, trilby, Panama, pork pie, boater the list goes on... Consider, the type of crown you want to pinch when removing your hat. Open road, boater (flat round) crown, diamond, tear drop, cattleman, custom unique crease.

  • 3 LEVEL OF STIFFNESS

    Would you like a more malleable or stiffened hat? straw hat or raffia style beach hat can be more soft and flexible, a felt fedora can be stiffened so it keeps shape, or can be lightly stiffened so you can play with the angle of brim when flanged.

  • 4 DETAILS & FINISHING

    What type(s) of ribbon(s) and embellishments would you like to add to your finished hat? Stitching, burn branding, beads, feathers? Gros grain brim (* gros grain is a thin ribbon that is stitched along the edge of the brim. Classic Fedoras are usually styled this way)

    Flat, pencil, or flanged brim?

    Pencil brim * edge section of brim is rolled up

    Flanged brim *complete brim of hat goes from flat to rolled up and flanged out.

    Once we have received your order we will email you with a confirmation and schedule a consultation via video for a virtual fitting for your hat. Feel free to express your style with a custom vision board.

    We kindly request 4-6 weeks for the meticulous handcrafting of your exclusive head wear. A confirmation email containing the pick up date or delivery tracking number will be sent to you upon readiness.
